How to Be a WOAB
1. Post Your Healthy living Habits and Workouts.
Posting is your way to visually advertise to potential WOABs the type of WOAB you are and the workouts you enjoy. Posting your healthy habits motivates and encourages others to workout. Posting shows your work and gives you a timeline to look back upon to see your fitness journey.
2. Encourage other WOABs.
Comment on your WOABs posts and give them tips and encouraging words. Cheer them on and tell them to keep going. Share your story of struggle and success. Your testimony may change a life.
3. Let people know your fitness or health goals.
Many times, people want to help others in their health and fitness journey. However, they don't know you need help if you don't ask. Ask people to be your WOAB. Start with your immediate family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, people you see at your gym or workout locations. We just have to invite them into our plans by asking them to be My WOAB. 4. Invite your WOABs to workout with you either online or offline at a gym.
For first time meet ups always choose a public gym/ workout center with lots of members and cameras to meet. If there is a front desk then meet at the front counters and always put your safety first. Also use the "My Workouts" link to send invites to your WOABs. This link will let you make appointments between your WOABs. For instance, John is going to the gym for leg day at 6pm. He can invite unlimited WOABs and they can respond with Yes, No, or Maybe without back and forth messaging of trying to workout the perfect schedule.
